At Frankenmuth Woolen Mill, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted bedding and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your wool product isn't the perfect fit for your home, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free from any signs of use or wear.

• 3.
  Ship to the Mill

  Affix your shipping label and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box before dropping it off at your preferred carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned wool bedding, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
